Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting services — scoped integration projects and technical advisory sessions — offered by VectorNimbus Consulting (SSM 202003184729).

Advisory sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours’ notice by email. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be charged at fifty percent of the booked fee. Unused prepaid blocks expire twelve months after purchase unless extended in writing.

Scoped projects

Proposed, pending business confirmation: project fees are refundable within seven calendar days of written confirmation if no substantive work has started. Once discovery or implementation hours are logged against your repositories, fees for that phase are non-refundable. Deposits applied to milestone work are non-refundable after the milestone begins.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first at info@vectornimbus.digital or +60-3-0000-2105 so we can resolve billing questions. Malaysian consumers may also refer eligible disputes to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for claims up to RM 50,000 where the Consumer Protection Act 1999 applies.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method in MYR within fourteen business days.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where direct-selling provisions of the Consumer Protection Act grant a statutory cooling-off period, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy; the version on this page applies to new purchases after the update date (October 2026).
