Terms of Service

These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by VectorNimbus Consulting (SSM 202003184729, proprietor Rajesh a/l Kumar) through vectornimbus.digital and related written agreements.

Services

We provide machine learning application integration programming, scoped project engagements, and technical advisory sessions as described on our services page. Work is performed remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes and acceptance

Fees, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in a written quote or statement of work before billable work begins. Starting prices shown on the site are indicative only.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and decision-makers. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules without reducing fees for time already reserved.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, you own merge requests and documentation we deliver under your repositories. We retain the right to reuse general know-how that does not include your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information shared during engagements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from a project or series of advisory sessions is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumer remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 remain available where applicable.
